Non Domestic EPC

Editor note:

Utilising the latest in SBEM Software, either through ISBEM or IES, Dynamic Thermal Modelling, we provide quality, accurate certification to our non-domestic customers.

Through an onsite survey and review of available data, GSG can accumulate all the required information in a hassle free way to the client.

GSG then produce a bespoke survey report with detailed recommendations and budgetary implications for each property.

GSG has been producing these calculations for sometime as part of their design duties for large and small projects they have been involved in to satisfy the Technical Standards in Building Warrant Applications.

Our Non Domestic customers include,

1. Elmwood College
2. Cumbernauld College
3. Clydebank College
4. Stirling University Innovation Park
5. Selection to the Scottish Universities and Colleges Framework
